How to Become a Member
Every player within Cybernations has the opportunity to become a member of IRON. Below are a few simple steps that will help you through the process of becoming an IRON member.
Firstly please make sure you fit in with our member requirements listed below.
Member Requirements
- Your alliance affliation must be set as the "Independent Republic of Orange Nations".
- You must be on the Orange Team/Sphere. (Exceptions decided on a Case by Case basis by the IRON Council)
- You may be involved in a Defensive War
- You may NOT be involved in any Offensive Wars!
Secondly IRON requires every member to have a working forum account as a condition of membership. You can go ahead and register an account. (using your ingame rulername)
Once you are registered, please visit the relevant sub forum which relates to the day of your application within the Applications and Masks Requests forums. From there you are to read the IRON Membership Requirements topic where you will find a form which you will need to fill out and post in a new topic.
You will then receive a reply within 24 hours ingame informing you whether your application has been accepted or denied.
Introduction
On March 16, 2006 an online community known as HeavenGames Outside Discussions forum first made its appearance in Cybernations. Originally known as the OD Alliance back then, it was IRON's birth in the world of Bob. Fast track to today and you find a very different alliance, one steeped in traditions, values and history.
An alliance that has seen itself in every political position possible, from the sidelines of neutral independence, to the heights of power in the strongest bloc ever seen, to the beaten and bloodied losses of Karma and Bipolar. Through these years our image and culture has been spread through use of instant communications and to a more significant extent the Open World Forums (OWF).
However these records do not define us, merely our experiences and with those experiences we judge how best to move forward into the world. We remember our past, but we do not let our past control us.
